This standard applies to an emulsion filler for interior and exterior use on rough surfaces such as concrete, stucco, and cinder and concrete blocks before topcoating.
The filler is intended for filling depressions and small cracks on new and painted porous surfaces that have been properly prepared. The filler is not intended for use under two-component systems.
The testing and evaluation of a product against this standard may require the use of materials and/or equipment that could be hazardous.
